# What time is check-in?

Guests can check-in at 14:00, and we kindly request rooms to be vacated before 12:00.

# Is breakfast included in the bed price?
We offer breakfast for our guests who book directly to the hostel website.

# Does the hostel have a parking space?

Our hostel has more than 250 car parking lot.

# What types of rooms are available in the hostel?

We have 3 types of dormitory rooms in our hostel.

• Mixed Dormitory Room ( Single Bunk Bed )

• Female Only Dormitory Room ( Single Bunk Bed )

• Mixed Dormitory Room ( Queen Size Bed )

# Is there public transport nearby to get around Chiang Mai?

Yes, There is a RTC bus Stop in front of the hostel. Our friendly team can also arrange onward transport by taxi. Or we can use application to call taxi 24/7

# Is there a social area to relax and meet other travelers?

Yes there is! Guests are welcome to gather in the large social area and enjoy the 360 degree panoramic view of the mountains!

# Do you have on site laundry service?
On site machines available, washing for 50 Baht at once ( up to 6 kg. ) and drying for 60 Baht at once ( up to 6 kg. ).

No time to do it? We could help you send laundry to an outsource company and charge a cost price. Please contact Front Desk to assist you.

• 49 Baht / kg. ( minimum 4 kg., 48 hours return )

• 69 Baht / kg. ( minimum 3 kg., 24 hours return )   

• 129 Baht / kg. ( minimum 2 kg., 6 hours return )*

*Late day sending may have delayed delivered,

please check with staff.

 # Is there a pool?

We don't have a pool for the time being. Anyways, we already had plans. 

 # Is this a non-smoking hostel?

All rooms are non-smoking rooms in our hostel.
